Well, blogworld, I’m off tomorrow to Argentina.
I’m excited and nervous and anxious and terrified and thrilled and about a thousand other emotions all at the same time.
But I am confident that the Lord is faithful and good and sovereign.
And in that I will rest.
Please join us in praying that the Lord will use this trip and this camp in Argentina for his glory and his will. Pray that we will be humble servants and that our selfishness and pride will not detract from our mission. Pray for our safety and provision as we travel. And pray that the hearts of Argentinians will be open to the gospel of Jesus as it is presented to them.
We’d love for you to follow the Pine Cove Shores Argentina team blog to see how the Lord is working and moving while we’re there.
I’m sure a post-trip blog will end up on here at some point as well.
And, on a completely different but also rather important note, please cheer really really really hard for me when Auburn plays in the National Championship because I won’t be able to watch the game and that is a huge bummer. I will, however be wearing my NC t-shirt on the 10th in South America, so at least there’s that.
Psalm 115:1 – “Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory because of your love and faithfulness.”
